Tallyphy App, its design, code, features, trademarks, and related content are the exclusive property of the provider and its licensors.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated output.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

  • Access is subscription-based.
  • Renewals occur automatically unless canceled according to your plan.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this EULA, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
